Smoking is allowed outside only. Please be considerate and pick up all cigarettes after use. If you smoke indoors additional damage's will be billed to your account. Swim at your own risk. No running on the pool deck. Please shower off sand from your body and bathing suit before using the pool. Please Leave gate access key card next to kitchen sink during checkout. A $200 fee applies if you lose the Key card. Maximum stay of 28 nights please send request for longer bookings. No glass drink-ware, cups or bottles on the pool deck. Pool is maintained by HOA. The HOA sets the Heating Temperature November-March . We take no responsibility for this. Pool Temperature may vary during cold weather conditions ie 60 degree Fahrenheit day time temperatures and lower than 40 degree Fahrenheit night time temperatures. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out: • Please Leave gate access key card next to kitchen sink during checkout. A $200 fee applies if you lose the Key card. • Load and start the dishwasher • Gather used towels • Remove personal items, • remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash • Turn off the lights and lock the doors • Please Start a Load of laundry for dirty towels. • Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host
